Summary

Description
English: In 2012 First Great Western obtained the two prototype Class 150 trains. These ahd been stored as no other operator could find a use for them as they have rather small fuel tanks, but duties were found for them to work between Reading and Basingstoke which were within their capacity. This allowed two more modern Class 165s to be used to lengthen trains on the main line through Reading. 15001 is seen at Reading a short while after taking up this duty.
