Summary
[edit]Description | This is a historical picture of my father, Red Cochran, when he played for the Chicago (now Arizona) Cardinals football team circa 1947 - 1949. Red is no longer alive but his Wikipedia page has been improving over the years with lots of statistics of his career in the NFL. I thought it would be appropriate to add a picture of him from his playing days. This was a photo of him in uniform for a team yearbook, press guide or something similar. I would like this to appear on his page at the following edit link. http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Red_Cochran&action=edit I noticed he has a FaceBook page taken for Wikipedia,as an Athlete, but no picture, assuming there was none because there is not a photo on his Wikipedia page. I am his son Russ Cochran

Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1) |
The subject is deceased. I'm almost sure the original photographer must also be deceased. I doubt the Cardinals even have a copy of this in their team archives.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) | It is a photo of the subject of the article "Red Cochran" in uniform when he played in the NFL. It will enhance the article, just a picture of the subject does for any type of article.

He is deceased. He has no commercial memorabilia business, nor does my mother (his wife Patricia Cochran). It is a picture of my dad that he gave me, his son, Russ Cochran
