Description
English: Entry submitted by Shepley, Rutan & Coolidge in the 1890–1892 design competition for Rhode Island's new State House. The design bears a strong resemblance to the Massachusetts State House, designed by Charles Bulfinch. The design submitted by McKim, Mead & White was ultimately chosen.
