Description
English: Fitzroy : residence of R.E. McDougall (1860-1942), Papanui Road, Christchurch. Built around 1900 by the England brothers, this house was the family home of the McDougalls until 1949 when the family gave it to the Nurse Maude District Nursing Association. In 1932 the garden was winner of Class C, Home Gardens, Competition for St Albans district.
