English: Rumfordia connata is a shrub (or rarely a perennial herb) uncommonly found in, and endemic to, the Sierra de la Laguna mountains of Baja California Sur, Mexico. A tall, conspicuous plant in the daisy family, it can be found in the highest elevations of the Sierra and makes large bushes more than a few yards across. This picture was taken on the trail to El Picacho from the first valley. Associated iNaturalist observation: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/202882458
