Summary

Description
English: This flag was used to represent Russian athletes in some motorsports (i.e. Nikita Mazepin in Formula One and Nikolay Gryazin in the World Rally Championship) after use of the Russian flag in international sporting competitions was banned due to an anti-doping penalty.
