Description
English: Sami drum from Rødøy in Nordland, Norway. Described and depicted by no:Johan Randulf in his manuscript no:Nærøymanuskriptet (1723) as owned by Thomas von Westen; later mentioned in Ernst Manker's Die lappische Zaubertrommel (1938), pages 44–46. Drum lost, probably in the 1793 Copenhagen fire.

Author Ernst Manker. Scanning, cleaning up minor imperfections in the reproduction and removing the numbers was made by Tor Gjerde at old.no; Christopher Forster made the PNG images white background transparent using ImageMagick on GNU/Linux.
