Summary

Description A U.S. Navy Sikorsky SH-3H Sea King of Helicopter Anti-submarine Squadron HS-12 "Wyverns" flies past an Attack Squadron VA-115 Grumman A-6E Intruder aircraft, left, and a Strike Fighter Squadron VFA-192 McDonnell Douglas F/A-18A Hornet aircraft aboard the aircraft carrier USS Midway (CV-41) during Operation Desert Shield. The Hornet aircraft has an AIM-9L Sidewinder missile mounted on each wing tip, a Mark 20 Rockeye II cluster bomb on its inboard wing pylon and six BDU-33 25-pound practice bombs on its outboard wing pylon.
