Esta lápida fue vendida al New York Metropolitan Museum en 1926, y devuelta al Museo Arqueológico Nacional a cambio de otras piezas arqueológicas. El epitafio de la lápida dice: "En el sexto día de los idus de diciembre del año de la era de 1131, murió Alfonso, el hijo querido del Conde Pedro Ansúrez y de la Condesa Elion".
