This image, Scaled rbmp.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Theirishpianist) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of a movie poster;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to market the movie in any way;
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the film's promotional artwork for the movie.

This image is of a film poster, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher or the creator of the work depicted.
