English: Turner-Koepf House, 2336 15th Avenue S in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The house, now the headquarters of the Washington State Federation of Garden Clubs, has been listed since 1976 on the National Register of Historic Places. Originally built on a different site for E.A. Turner in 1883, a Mr. Koepf bought it, moved it to its present site in 1906, and remodeled it from Italian villa style to Queen Anne style. The house was acquired in 1916 by Jefferson Park Ladies' Improvement Club. [1]
