The Wikipedia "Second Great Awakening" source cited references a graph which is no longer in that Wikipedia article, that graph can now be found at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Growth_of_Denominations_in_America_1780_to_1860.jpg. The purpose of this chart is to show that, when compensated for population growth, the "large rise" in religion purported to be shown in that original graph is merely ordinary population growth.
