English: The picture on the left is a painting of Seojangdae at night depicting King Jeongjo's visit to Hwaseong and leading military training, and the picture on the right is an enlarged view of Seojangdae, the command post. In front of Seojangdae, where King Jeongjo is seated, you can see the martial arts halls holding the red flag and the red-painted club Jujang (朱杖). The Hongnyeonggi is used to convey royal commands, but it can also be used as a spear to stab the enemy in times of emergency, and it is called a spear. Gichang is one of the official events of the 18th flag.
