   Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
   # It is a low resolution copy of the original CD single cover.
   # It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way.
   # Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the single on another CD.
   # The image on the cover is significant because it was made by a famous artist, Catherine Porter.
   # Wikipedia is full of cover art from hundreds of artists, and its only natural that people want to see what the album of single looked like... its entirely relevant to the page on the album.
