Summary

Description

External fresco, painted 1537, at Moldoviţei monastery. Described in the Rough Guide as a "delightfully revisionist Siege of Constantinople ... depicts Christians routing the infidel with arrows and cannons."

Worth viewing large. Note the 19th century graffiti!
