| Description | A Sikorsky S-60 helicopter delivering the rotors and detection gear of a U.S. Navy Sikorsky HSS-1 Seabat (SH-34) helicopter to Naval Air Station Quonset Point, Rhode Island (USA), in 1960. The HSS-1 had made an emergency landing at tiny Fox Island after experiencing engine trouble. The Sikorsky company offered to airlift the helicopter back to NAS Quonset Point using the S-60. |
