Per this discussion, extension of the copyright of works from the Dutch East Indies by the URAA would have considered Indonesian copyright law and not Dutch law. As such, this work is public domain in all relevant territories.

The Copyright on works which are exercised by publishers pursuant to Article 11 paragraph (2) shall be valid for 50 (fifty) years as of the first publication.
