English: Photo from promotional postcard for Red Skelton's Raleigh Cigarettes radio show. Standing: Pat McGeehan, The Four Knights, David Rose (orchestra leader).   • Copy from back of card:"Hi Folks, We hope you'll remember our new radio time Friday Night-back on your favorite NBC station. We dood it, Red Skelton & gang."
  • The postcard was sent to listeners of NBC Radio's Raleigh Cigarettes Show in 1948 and can be dated by the card's postmark. There are no copyright marks on either side, as can be seen in the full photo links. It is well within the free license timeframe.
  • It was created for distribution to the radio show's listeners to induce regular listening, to promote the Raleigh brand of cigarettes, and to advise listeners that the time of the show had been changed.
  • United States Copyright Office page 2 "Visually Perceptible Copies The notice for visually perceptible copies should contain all three elements described below. They should appear together or in close proximity on the copies.
