Cerimônia de doação do livro raro "The Hutsuls" sobre a história de um grupo de montanheses ucranianos que vivem nos Cárpatos que por longo tempo conservam suas tradições e cultura entre as outras etnias da Ucrânia no centro da Europa. A escritura do texto está em ucraniano e inglês, o acabamento e a encadernação, foram feitos manualmente por mestres da comunidade ucraniana na Estônia com apenas 35 exemplares, um dos quais foi remetido ao Brasil. Em discurso, embaixador da Ucrânia, Rostyslav Tronenko.
