English: St Mary's Church, Sledmere, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. The parish church of St Mary is very much an estate church, being within the grounds of Sledmere House. It was built 1893-8 by Temple Moore at a cost of £60,000, and was described by Pevsner as 'large, quite perfect, and patently dull'. One is forced to agree.
