DescriptionSt Peter's College - geograph.org.uk - 1587085.jpg
English: St Peter's College. This modern structure, by Gillespie, Kidd and Coia, was a Catholic seminary, and dates from 1966. The book "Great Modern Buildings" (Jonathan Glancey) comments: "the low-set and rhythmic four-story addition was in part derived from the forms of Corbusier's Maisons Jaoul and in part by the plan of the monastery at La Tourette".
When I took this photo, the site was surrounded by a security fence. For other views, and for more information, see 261397 and 1077026 (see Mark's own website for more images).
