DescriptionStateLibQld 1 173983 Orotava (ship).jpg	English: United Kingdom 5,857 GRT liner Orotava, built in 1889 for the Pacific Steam Navigation Co. In the Boer War she was requisitioned and served as a troop ship. In 1906 she passed to the Royal Mail Steam Packet Co. In the First World War she was requisitioned and served as an armed merchant cruiser. She was scrapped in 1919
