Description
English: The Race, Ethnicity, and Social Inclusion Unit and Office of Caribbean Affairs of the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs co-hosted a special dialogue that linked the United Nations' and Organization of American States' designation of 2011 as the International Year for African Descent with Caribbean American Heritage Month.
