English: Sumbiarhólmur is an islet just outside Sumba, which is the southernmost village in Suðuroy. Suðuroy is the southernmost island of the Faroe Islands. This photo was taken on 22 July 2010 in Sumba. Some of the houses in the village are visible on the photo. Sumbiarhólmur is the 6th largest islet in the Faroe Islands.
Føroyskt: Sumbiarhólmur er beint uttanfyri bygdina Sumba í Suðuroynni. Teir fyrstu føroyingarnir sum fingu eftirnavnið Holm vóru uppkallaði eftir Sumbiarhólmi. Hólmurin er 6 størsti hólmur í Føroyum. Hann er 7 hektarar til støddar. Um summarið ganga eini 7-8 veðrar á Sumbiarhólmi.
