Summary

Description
English: SMIM19 Transmembrane Domain Display retrieved from TOPO2. The SMIM19 protein was oriented with predicted extracellular and cytoplasmic elements in their corresponding locations, but laid out in no particular structure. The transmembrane region was color-coded based on the following residues: Red amino acids correspond to acidic residues. Grey amino acids correspond to aromatic residues. Purple amino acids correspond to amine residues. Magenta amino acids correspond to OH residues.
