Tampa de vaso canopo com a cabeça de um babuíno representando o deus Hapy. As feições do animal estão muito bem representadas com olhos que se assemelham mais a olhos humanos. A distribuição do volume entre a cabeça do animal e a tampa indica grande perícia do escultor. Não possui sinais de coloração, embora a parte inferior formada por um botão-tampão esteja impregnada por uma substância preta, provavelmente betume.
