Purpose of use	I, Gunmetal Angel, believe that the inclusion of this image is covered by fair use because: It is merely a frame-capture in very low resolution of a video, which does not prevent the copyright owner to exercise his right to sell/distribute the video in any way, and is useless for any commercial purposes by any other party. The music video is of high importance to the biography of the band, which specifically mentions the music video since it was the first video ever to be released by the band, it was the only video ever to feature prominent personal appearances by the band members, All of the members were 16 to 18 upon the recording of this video it documents former band member Logan Maurer's appearance in the band, who left in 2010 — no free alternative is currently available and highly unlikely to come across in the future.
