Summary

Description
English: Minichromosome maintenance protein complex: Upon loading onto chromatin, the two Mcm2-7 hexamers form a ring structure arranged in a head-to-head (NTD to NTD) orientation. The two rings are slightly twisted, tilted and off-centred relative each other to form a kink at the interface of the two rings. Top panel, side view. Bottom panel, CTD view.
