The following rationale applies to the use of this image to illustrate the article "The Pentangle (album)". The image should not be used in any other article. Although the picture is subject to copyright, I believe it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. a free alternative is not available;
2. it is a low resolution copy of an LP album cover;
3. it is only used in an article describing the album and including critical commentary;
4. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way;
5. its low resolution means that copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork;
6. its use is commensurate with usage throughout discographies and album listings across the World Wide Web.
