English: Tomb of General George W. Aylmer Lloyd who is said to have obtained the deed of Darjeeling for the British from the King of Sikkim. The deed was signed on February 1, 1835 granting possession of Darjeeling hills to East India Company.
General Lloyd died in Darjeeling at the age of 76 in 1865 and his body was laid to rest near the old cemetery in Lebong Cart Road
