Blasonierung: Gesenkt geteilt von Rot und Blau durch einen schräglinken silbernen Wellenbalken. Oben die silberne Fassade des Nütschauer Herrenhauses, unten, den Wellenbalken überdeckend, eine durchgehende silberne Brücke.
