Summary

Description
English: A approx. 1 inch lateral tooth from Trigonotodus (Alopias) alteri, a large shark likely within the family Alopiidae known from the Chandler Bridge and Ashley Marl formations of South Carolina (this comes from the former). Slight feeding damage, and cusplets.
