English: A Turkish chest, on display at Turkfest, Center House, Seattle Center, Seattle, Washington, USA. According to en:User:Lambiam, it's a portable shoeshine kit. The customer places his foot on the metal protrusion on the center (the top of which is shaped like the sole of a small shoe). The bottles contain various kinds of shoe polish; presumably the compartments at the sides can hold brushes.
