Description
English: PACIFIC OCEAN -- The Long Range Interceptor (LRI), one of Coast Guard Cutter BERTHOLF's three small boats, launches from BERTHOLF's stern launch Oct. 30, 2008. BERTHOLF's crew, along with a team from Coast Guard Headquarters and civilian contractors, are currently testing BERTHOLF's launch and recovery system in increasingly high seas to determine in what conditions the LRI can safely operate.
