English: U.S. Navy sailors man the rail aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Guam (LPH-9) while the large harbour tug Watahena (YTB-825) positions the vessel as it departs from Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia (USA), on 23 August 1990. The Guam and several other ships deployed from Norfolk to the Persian Gulf.
