English: Vegan Tofu Shnitzel. The secret here is actually the batter. The basis of the batter is nothing more than about 2 cups of Chickpea flour (Besan), Some 1/2 cup of Sweet Chili source (Thai), and the rest is 1 table spoon of mustard, spices (I recommend to conclude some Garlic powder with them) and some water. Just add Water to make a batter...The batter shouldn't be diluted, but rather thick.
