Obwohl Voigtländer schon 1954 mit der Vito B eine kompakte Kleinbildkamera mit festem Tubus eingeführt hatte, hielt man noch eine Zeitlang am Prinzip der Kleinbild-Klappkamera fest. Immerhin war die 1955 eingeführte IIa in zusammengeklapptem Zustand handlicher als die eigentlich schon recht kompakte Vito B. Außerdem hatte auch Kodak mit den Retinas noch Kleinbild-Balgenkameras im Programm. Die Vito IIa war eine Weiterentwicklung der Vito II. Man übernahm nun von der Vito B die modernere Kappe und damit den Schnellspannhebel und den versenkten Rückspulknopf, der nach Entriegelung heraussprang. Dadurch ist der Sucheraufbau so eben wie bei der Vito B, nichts steht mehr über. Das Objektiv war der bewährte Vierlinser Color Skopar 3,5/50 mm. An Verschlüssen gab's den einfachen Pronto (ohne Langzeiten), den Prontor (S) von 1/300 bis 1 Sek. und den Prontor SVS mit Lichtwertskala. Produktionszeitraum war 1955 bis 1957. Die abgebildete Ausführung mit dem Prontor SVS kostete 139,- DM. |
