English: This limestone plaque was excavated by the Oriental Institute of the University of Chicago in the early 1930s. It depicts three scenes in three registers. The upper register shows a banquet scene with wine or beer drinking. There is a round hole in the middle for wall fixation. Early Dynastic period, c. 2600-2370 BCE. From the Temple of Sin at Khafajah (ancient Tutub), Iraq. On display at the Sumerian Gallery of the Iraq Museum in Baghdad, Iraq.
