Summary

Description
English: Arthur William Wall was an engineer behind early 20th century ROC motorcycles, also three wheel tricars, and the Wall Auto-Wheel. In 1912 he announced this 4-wheel cyclecar as a development of his tricar - though it never seems to have made it to production
