English: Walter Bruce "Walt" Parker (1926–2014) was an American government official. He was serving in the cabinet of Alaska governor Jay Hammond as the commissioner of the Alaska Department of Highways (now part of the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities) at the time of this photo.
