Blasonierung: In Grün ein gesenkter, in Form eines flachen V gewellter silberner Balken; oben ein goldenes Rad mit schwarzer Nabe, schwarzem Reifen und roter Nabenöffnung, unten zwei auswärts gekehrte, schrägliegende goldene Eichenblätter.
