Description
English: Two male figures, possibly Nara and Narayana, twin incarnations of Viṣṇu. The figure on the left is shown with pale skin and wears a deer skin around his waist. He has a white shawl draped over his shoulders. He has four arms with which he holds a golden pot, a manuscript and some plant matter and a walking stick. Around his head he has a golden nimbus and a string of black beads around his neck. The second figure on the right is identical to the first except he has blue skin and wears a white dhoti instead of an animal skin. He holds the same attributes as the first figure and adornments. Both figures wear wooden sandals on their feet. The painting is surrounded by a black border.
