English: Westerdale Hall, near to Westerdale, North Yorkshire, Great Britain.
Westerdale Hall seen from the South-West.
It was designed by Thomas Henry Wyatt (en:Thomas_Henry_Wyatt ) as a shooting lodge for the Fevershams of Duncombe Park, Helmsley during the grouse shooting season on Westerdale Moor.
The nearby moors are still a valuable sporting estate, shooters now stay at Dale View Farm across the valley.
After WW2 it became a Youth Hostel but is now a private residence.
