Summary

Description An aerial view of Westminster Bridge and surrounding area. This postcard probably dates from late 1918 or 1919, the County Hall is under construction and had been since 1911 but because of the Great War things had been put on hold, the main block was completed in 1922 and the north and south blocks added in the late 1930s.
