Description
English: Wuhan's modern television antenna tower stands well beyond Turtle Hill and its temple.

Taken September 22, 2002 from the riverboat cruise ship M.V. Splendid China while waiting at Wuhan to begin a cruise up the Yangtze River (Chang Jiang) through the Three Gorges to the metropolis of Chongqing.

To the photographer User:Leonard G., this image is emblematic of modern China and is one of his favorites from a 2002 tour.
