In this categorization, Kansai has to be called "Kinai"(畿内), I think. Kansai (関西) means the western part of checkpoint/barrier, needs contrarius part "Kanto"(関東). also, Kansai is modern term despite other names are traditional. Azuncha 08:45, 18 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
