Doesn't really seem encyclopedic. The article is for information on Qassam rockets, and there's already bits that talk about casualties in the article. Furthermore, when I googled Osher Twito, this picture was the first result. This picture need not be here, it only serves to draw sympathy. Nobody learned anything from looking at this picture except "oh, rockets can maim and kill little children" which, quite frankly, is already fact.
