Why? Because it's a clear (or white if finely powdered) substance? If that's the criteria for looking like meth, then the vast majority of chemicals out there look like meth (I'm assuming you mean methamphetamine hydrochloride). Clear crystals (white as powder) is by far the most common appearance of chemicals, especially those with an ionic bond (salts), which includes organic salts. Not trying to be a jerk or anything, but I can assure you that it is not methamphetamine hydrochloride; it's pure acetylsalicylic acid.
