Move to Commons

I'm not sure how this is eligible for a move to Commons. There's nothing on the museum's official website to indicate that the logo is freely licensed. On the contrary, the notice at the bottom of the made page says "Aurora Fossil Museum © Copyright 1976-2015 All Rights Reserved". Moreover, there is no OTRS ticket number verifying that the original copyright holder has agreed to freely license the image. Commons does not accept non-free content, so without any of the above it is doubtful this file would last very long on Commons. The duplicate Commons file File:AFM-Logo-2014.jpeg is missing OTRS permission, and is likely to be deleted within the next few days unless OTRS receives email verification from the original copyright holder. If that happens, then this one should stay non-free and continue to be used per its non-free use rationale. -- Marchjuly (talk) 13:59, 4 November 2015 (UTC)

The Commons file has been tagged with {{OTRS pending}}. Once the OTRS email has been found and verified, or the image has been otherwise approved for Commons, I don't think there will be a need for this non-free version per WP:NFCC#1. -- Marchjuly (talk) 00:16, 6 November 2015 (UTC)
