According to Google maps (at 41.295,16.1525), the town of Canna is south of the river Ofanto (modern name of Aufidus River), as well as the 'Contrada Canne della Battaglia', or Cannae Battleground. On this illustration, the town is indeed south of the river, but the battleground is shown to be north of the river. 2x Spanish and Gaulish cavalry?

I think there is a text error in the picture. The third name from top to bottom on the right side says Spanish and Gaulish cavalry but the icon I believe represents infantry. This is also supported by the fact that the fifth name from top to bottom on the right side says the same thing: Spanish and Gaulish cavalry. This time the icon is for cavalry. Is this so?
